CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) can be applied to cruise ships, merchant vessels, oil rigs, the armed forces and some agencies for developing countries. This allows a rebate to be obtained from Brussels on a wide variety of exported produce including dairy products, sugar (and products containing sugar) meats, cereals and various other foods.
